Don’t Cross the Barrier…OR ELSE

Sure he looks intimidating standing there but let’s see him try to catch me with those goofy legs without kneecaps. It does beg the question: did the construction crew put this here or some individual party? I imagine building this was no 20 minute project and sure would like to know if I can commission a statue like this.
